About Floyd C. Ogle II, PhD
With more than 30 years of experience in leadership, ministry, and psychology, I’ve devoted my life to helping men and women discover who they were created to be. As a professor, executive leader, and mentor, I’ve seen the power of personal ownership and intentional growth to change lives. My background in psychology, combined with decades of ministry and organizational leadership, gives me a unique perspective on how identity, mindset, and behavior intersect to shape purpose and impact.
About Wholistic MENtorship
Wholistic MENtorship is built on the belief that true growth happens when every area of life functions in alignment: spiritual/emotional, physical/nutritional, professional/financial, and relational - including your relationship with yourself. We don’t just focus on one aspect of your life; we build systems and rhythms that help you move forward in all of them. Our model integrates practical psychology, strategic leadership principles, and a biblical worldview that honors the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Whether in one-on-one sessions or through group mentoring, the goal is simple: transformation that lasts.
How It Works
Every session begins with honest conversation and clear assessment. Together, we identify what’s working, what’s not, and where growth must happen. From there, we develop an intentional strategy rooted in the four pillars of Wholistic MENtorship—spiritual and emotional health, physical and nutritional strength, relational alignment, and professional and financial stability. Each plan is customized, measurable, and built to produce action and accountability. Whether you’re rebuilding from burnout or refining what’s already strong, the goal is forward momentum—anchored in truth, driven by purpose, and sustained by consistency.
